Hamilton-Baillie Associates to advise on Frideswide Square

Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council have appointed Ben Hamilton-Baillie to provide urban design advice to the project team for Frideswide Square. This key entrance space for Oxford, serving the railway station, the Said Business School and the surrounding West End Quarter, is currently badly congested and cluttered with traffic signals, barriers and highway markings. The scheme will aim to enliven and reconnect the space, whilst coping with the significant traffic volumes crossing the square.
